上に立つものは部下を褒めるべし

研究開発の部署で働いていると、成果物が見えにくい。
いつの間にかやる気がそがれる。

今日レポートをまとめてて、ベテランの先輩に手直ししともらおうと思い、見せてみた。
すると、
「完璧。言う事ないよ。すごい分かりやすい」

そーか？

まあでもうれしいですね。

しかもできる先輩に言われると余計うれしい。

上に立つものは褒める事ができないと、話にならないなと実感します。

まあ自分にはその力はありはしないが。

i got good result in this term.

i think the reason of that is...

i read the book"上司をマネジメント" and i carried out of it.

インド風水

ワークショップ中に聞いたインド風水によると、北東は神聖な場所でものを置いたりすると、いいエネルギーが入ってこないのだそうな。

さっそく片付けてみた。

狭い部屋で無理やり片付けてどうなのかと思ったけど、
空間ができるとなんとなくすっきりして不思議。
デザインと同じかな？

meditation workshop

i went to mt.fuji to go to the meditation workshop.
it was really enjoyment.

i learned the following things
1.chanting gayatri mantra
2.why are we here on the earth?
3.what is the relationship god and the soul?
4.what is the reason indian don't eat beeef?
